Maryland AI company to demonstrate space cyber resiliency solutions at SMD Symposium

HUNTSVILLE — Maryland-based BigBear.ai will focus on its federal customers and cybersecurity during a presentation at the Space and Missile Defense Symposium in Huntsville.

The symposium, which is Aug. 9-11 at the Von Braun Center, is the leading educational, professional development and networking event in the space and missile defense community. It is widely attended by leaders and professionals from the United States and the world.

This year’s symposium theme is Space and Cybersecurity. BigBear.ai, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered analytics and cyber engineering solutions, will demonstrate two space cyber resiliency solutions.

The first is the Space Cyber Resiliency through Evaluation and Security Testing initiative known as SpaceCREST.  Through a partnership with Redwire Space’s ACORN-S, BigBear.ai will provide SpaceCREST with a space-based systems evaluation platform.

The second is Mosaic, a cyber effects delivery platform designed for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.

BigBear.ai will discuss how AI applications can help maintain data privacy. The company provides AI solutions to the health care, manufacturing, and defense sectors.
