The Missile Defense Agency has awarded Huntsville-based Gray Analytics an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a ceiling value of $59,525,000 to support modernization of its systems engineering processes.
An initial task order valued at $8.8 million has been issued under the contract, with fiscal 2026 research, development, test and engineering funds obligated at the time of award.
The five-year ordering period runs from Feb. 19, 2026, through Feb. 18, 2031. Work will be performed in Huntsville.
According to the Department of Defense announcement, Gray Analytics will support the digitization, modeling and automation of the full lifecycle of systems engineering using a secure, model-centric and data-driven framework. The effort will incorporate model-based systems engineering, a modular open systems approach, data engineering, development, security and operations, as well as machine learning technologies.
The contract was competitively procured through the Governmentwide Point of Entry website using the Nimble Options for Buying Layered Effects acquisition method.
Gray Analytics specializes in cybersecurity risk management and supports both government and commercial customers. The company provides services ranging from hypersonics engineering to enterprise cybersecurity and compliance support, including CMMC 2.0, NIST and Risk Management Framework standards for government contractors.
The Missile Defense Agency, headquartered in Huntsville, is the contracting activity for the award.
