Old Huntsville City Hall items being sold through online auction

HUNTSVILLE – It’s said “you can’t beat City Hall.”

Well, in Huntsville, you can “buy” City Hall.

Not the building, exactly, but the furniture, cabinets and appliances in the former Huntsville City Hall and Public Service Building are up for auction.

The city is partnering with Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service to sell items from the two buildings on Fountain Circle.

City Hall items are available for bidding until today at 7 p.m., while bidding for Public Service Building items ends 7 p.m. Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Please note that due to limited parking, all purchases must be arranged by appointment only.
