One Eleven Bar & Kitchen ready to serve up an experience in downtown Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE – With an elevated fare, immersive design, and a local connection that’s bold, stylish, and unforgettable, One Eleven Bar & Kitchen is ready to serve up an experience.

So, after months of anticipation, downtown Huntsville’s most buzzed-about restaurant is ready for launch.

Another original concept from Power Brands Hospitalilty Group, One Eleven will celebrate its grand opening Monday, inviting guests to experience its unique blend of bold ambiance, chef-driven cuisine, and local flavor.

The interior features custom U-shaped booths, velvet textures, dramatic lighting, and artwork celebrating Huntsville’s rich history.

Located at 111 Washington Street, the former site of the legendary Heritage Club, One Eleven blends bold interior design, locally inspired menus, and an atmosphere that encourages guests to linger, lounge, and indulge, according to owner Kumar Patel. With its full lunch and dinner service launching, the space is set to redefine the dining scene in North Alabama.

“At One Eleven, every detail is deliberate,” said Patel, founder of Power Brands Hospitality Group. “We’ve worked to create a destination that feels different from anything else in Huntsville, from the way it looks to the way it tastes.”

Crafted in collaboration with New York chef Pat Trama, the menu showcases fresh coastal influences, refined classics, and seasonal flavors. Just a few of the offerings include grilled branzino, gochujang-glazed salmon, and steak frites, along with house-made pastas like rigatoni with cacio e pepe.

The menu showcases fresh coastal influences, refined classics, and bold, seasonal flavors.

To begin the meal, guests can enjoy shareable plates such as yellowfin crudo, beef carpaccio, and signature crab cake.

Salads strike a balance between classic and unexpected, while sides such as truffle parmesan fries and creamy polenta round out the table with rich, satisfying flavor.

At lunch, the menu features elevated handhelds such as the hanger steak sandwich and grilled chicken baguette, alongside select entrées throughout the day.

Dessert delivers a memorable finish, with highlights including a ricotta and pistachio cheesecake and bananas foster bread pudding.

The drink program is equally considered.

A full wine list includes selections by the glass and bottle, and the 48 beers on tap highlight local and regional breweries Yellowhammer, Straight to Ale, Trim Tab, and Good People. Cocktails draw inspiration from Huntsville itself, with signature drinks Space Race, Lowe Mill’s Torpedo, and Redstone Arsenal giving a nod to the city’s spirit and landmarks.

One Eleven strikes a balance between bold design and timeless elegance. Guests are welcomed by custom U-shaped booths, velvet textures, dramatic lighting, and artwork celebrating Huntsville’s rich history.

A hidden photo booth adds a touch of whimsy, while two private dining rooms — The Library and The Heritage Room — create intimate backdrops for everything from business dinners to special celebrations. Live music will soon add another layer to the experience, evolving the ambiance from day to night with rhythm and style.

Local sourcing adds depth to the menu, featuring honeycomb from Blossomwood Honey, as well as locally grown edible flowers and microgreens. While brunch will debut in the coming weeks, One Eleven will initially open for lunch and dinner service.
