Grant Hershbine is the director of the Battle of the Buffalo, an annual wing festival put on by Alpha Tau Omega fraternity at The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Battle of the Buffalo was created in honor of the late Paul “Fish” Salmon. Since losing his battle with cancer in 2007, the chapter has raised more than $230,000 for Russel Hill Cancer Foundation and $42,000 for HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology.
