This is an interview with Joe Carlucci, owner of Valentina’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar in Madison. Joe just won it all at the World Pizza Games in Las Vegas. He is the reigning World Champion in the Traditional category, and this year he won the Non-Traditional category and then went on to compete and win the coveted Pizza Maker of the Year!! What Joe accomplished is unprecedented!
At the end of the episode, Joe surprised Troy by telling him that he has decided to add his winning recipe to the Valentina’s menu and call it the “Our Town.” All customers will have the opportunity to try the “Our Town” very soon!!
