PZI wins NAITA Global Trade award

HUNTSVILLE — The North Alabama International Trade Association has announced that Huntsville-based PZI International Consulting has received its 2023 Global Trade Award.

The award was presented by Kenneth Speaks, CEO of RMCI, the previous Global Trade Award recipient, and accepted by PZI President and CEO Deborah McGee. The ceremony was part of  NAITA’s 40th anniversary World Trade Day Luncheon celebration at The Westin Huntsville.

Formed in 2014 in Huntsville, PZI provides solutions for global organizations and their team members who relocate, work abroad, and take on new challenges.

“The mission of PZI International is to help our clients reach organizational success by empowering individuals with fluency in global strategy and communication disciplines,” McGee said.

PZI has established a global network of subject matter experts allowing it to expedite employment of vital resources worldwide to address international human resource issues.

As an example, with the Global Payroll Solutions division, PZI can employ and pay foreign nationals in more than 170 countries. PZI can bill U.S. companies in dollars while  delivering foreign funds, as well as complying with local labor and statutory withholding and reporting requirements in the employee’s country of residence.

McGee has also served on NAITA’s board of directors, on its executive committee, and as NAITA president during the pandemic.
