Ring in the new year in Athens at the Starlight Ball

ATHENS – A limited number of tickets are available for the most popular event in Athens this New Year’s Eve.

The second annual Athens-Limestone Hospital Foundation Starlight Ball presented by Zellus HR is set for Dec. 31 at the Limestone County Event Center. Valet Parking provided by Kim Ward, Market Group Real Estate.

The black-tie evening begins with an exclusive cocktail hour from 8-9 p.m. and topped by a champagne toast at midnight. Entertainment is provided by the Emerald Empire Band.

Market Street Café is providing food and tastings. Listerhill Credit Union is hosting a 360 Photo Booth.

A silent auction features items donated by local businesses and individuals. Online mobile bidding is provided.

The funds raised from the 2023 Starlight Ball will go toward the purchase of an Echocardiogram Ultrasound machine.
