‘Rocket City’s Got Talent’ showcases Huntsville’s star power

For a city famed for space exploration, it turns out Huntsville has plenty of star power as well.

Rescheduled from September 2021, the third annual “Rocket City’s Got Talent” goes live this year at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment on April 1 at 6 p.m. The popular event showcases Huntsville’s abounding artistic talent.

Produced by Fantasy Playhouse Children’s Theater and Academy (FPCTA) and sponsored by The Company You Keep and Twickenham Advisors, Huntsville’s own singer, songwriter, actor, model and philanthropist Jordan #ChillCity Moore will bring his electrifying energy to the stage as the emcee for the evening. There will be heavy hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment and a silent auction with dozens of luxurious items for the bidding.

New this year, families who find themselves short a babysitter can drop their kids off at FPCTA’s Kid’s Experience. Staffed by professional FP educators, they will be putting on a show of their own with dinner, activities and fun for the kids while mom and dad enjoy the show.

Tickets are $75 and on sale here.

Proceeds from Rocket City’s Got Talent supports the transformational power of theatre to inspire a child’s artistic abilities and shape their future. The 2020 event successfully raised over $40,000 for FPCTA.
