Saluting families and community, Celebrate Madison returns to Toyota Field

MADISON — A salute to the Military Family of the Year and the mayor’s final State of the City Address will be featured Thursday at this year’s Celebrate Madison festivities.

The annual event is 6-7:30 p.m. at Toyota Field. A spectacular fireworks show wraps up the celebration.

“Celebrate Madison is one of our favorite traditions,” said Chamber President Michelle Epling. “It’s a true reflection of our city’s spirit — where families, neighbors and local businesses all come together to celebrate what makes Madison such a special place to live and work.”

Lt. Col. Jason Sigler, his wife Brooke and five sons – Jacob, Thomas, Luke, Micah and Caleb will be honored.

Since moving to Madison in 2019, the Siglers have been active in local schools, church and youth programs.
Sigler is a West Point graduate and has served more than 20 years in the Army while Brooke is a teacher at Madison Elementary School.
Their twin sons Jacob and Thomas are cadets at West Point.

Mayor Paul Finley will make his final State of the City Address, sharing updates on Madison’s continued growth and accomplishments.

Presented by Meta and hosted by the Madison Chamber of Commerce, the free community event brings together residents, businesses and local organizations for a night of family fun, local pride and celebration.

There is something for all ages, including a Kid Zone, vendors showcase and special presentations throughout the night.

“Celebrate Madison is a great opportunity to come together as a community,” said Finley. “It’s a moment to reflect on all we’ve accomplished and turn the page to Madison’s next bright chapter.”
