HUNTSVILLE — Three senior members of the Trideum Corp. leadership team have been accepted into Leadership Greater Huntsville programs.

Tiffany Davis, director of human resources; Serena Forbes, director of contracts & administration; and Jason Sewell, director of pricing & program control have made a 10-month commitment to the organization’s “Flagship” and “Management Academy” programs, the company announced.

“I appreciate the opportunities these programs provide to gain a deeper understanding of our Huntsville community and how we can best serve it,” said Favio Lopez, president and COO of Trideum. “We never stop learning and seeking ways to be effective.

“Thank you, Tiffany, Serena, and Jason, for your servant leadership.”

Leadership programs educate the students on servant-leadership principals, inspire them to apply those principals in a way that has community-wide impact and connect with other leaders to build better communities.

The Flagship program provides in-depth knowledge of the Greater Huntsville community and facilitates small group projects that give back.

The Management Academy combines personal development, collaborative learning, tools and techniques, networking, and mentoring.

Trideum specializes in solutions and services in the areas of training, modeling and simulation, test and evaluation, systems analysis, and information technology.
