Suburban Propane, Huntsville Green Team partner on clean-up

HUNTSVILLE – Suburban Propane Partners volunteers marked World Caring Day with a Huntsville Green Team beautification project Wednesday in northwest Huntsville.

The group cleaned areas of Winchester Road between Ortega Drive and Blue Spring Road. Huntsville is one of 10 initiatives across the nation, geared toward cleaning open spaces, beachfronts and parks.

The cleanups are part of the company’s Go Green with Suburban Propane initiative to transition to a sustainable energy future. It also supports investing in innovative solutions to pave the way to zero-carbon emissions, the company said.
