HUNTSVILLE — Citing outdoor activities as important for the area’s quality of life, Torch Technologies and Freedom Real Estate & Capital have donated to the Nature Discovery Center, the Land Trust of North Alabama announced.
The center is a future hub for environmental education and outdoor exploration in North Alabama.
As longtime advocates for conservation and community-driven initiatives, Torch Technologies and Freedom Real Estate & Capital recognize the importance of preserving natural spaces and providing opportunities for people to engage with the environment.
“We are pleased to support the Land Trust Nature Discovery Center,” said Freedom Real Estate & Capital President Lee Holland. “Outdoor activities play an important role in the quality of life in the region.
“The Nature Discovery Center will be a hub for outdoor recreation, providing education and resources for people of all ages.”
Their support will help the Land Trust create an interactive space where visitors can discover the region’s diverse ecosystems and deepen their appreciation for the natural world.

It will serve as a gateway for outdoor education and environmental stewardship, furthering the Land Trust’s mission to protect and connect people with North Alabama’s natural landscapes.
