MADISON — It’s a twinbill for the Rocket City Trash Pandas.
But we’re not talking about a doubleheader of games this time.
We’re talking nominations for USA TODAY 10Best Awards.
The team’s mascot Sprocket and ballpark Toyota Field are among the top 20 in their categories and could use your votes.

Sprocket, the team’s ambassador of fun and mischief, brings smiles to the faces of Trash Pandas fans – young and old.
Home of the Trash Pandas, the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, Toyota Field opened in 2021. Designed to give fans an up-close-and-personal experience, there’s not a bad seat in the house for 7,500 fans.
The concessions concourse offers fans an unrestricted view of the action on the field while waiting in line for some of the team’s unique culinary offering.
Fans at the Inline Rock Porch bar can take a seat at the rail that hangs slightly over the rightfield wall and be up-close and personal with the action.
Meanwhile, across the field, fans can line the fence along the bullpens as the pitchers warm up or sit around swapping stories and spitting seeds.
There’s even a playground for the kids.
So, show your hometown spirit and vote for Sprocket and Toyota Field once a day until 11 a.m. March 17.
