HUNTSVILLEThe Army Corps of Engineers has awarded Tunista Valiant Joint Venture a $99 million IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contract. Tunista is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yulista Holding; Valiant supports the warfighter in the world’s most critical missions.

TVJV will perform full-service operation and maintenance with incidental repair and minor construction through December 2027 in support of the Defense Health Agency program in the O’ahu region of Hawaii.

“Tunista is honored to partner with the USACE in support of the DHA program and expand our footprint in the O’ahu region where we have been supporting our government customers for over 20 years,” said Tunista President Richard Harville. “We are also excited about growing our valued relationship with our JV partner, Valiant.”

This program will enable the Tunista-led joint venture to pursue small business set-aside task orders in support of the Defense Health Agency.

“Our strong strategic partnership with Tunista offers us an exciting opportunity to further apply our decades of O&M experience and innovative solutions in support of our troops and their families in the O’ahu Region,” Valiant CEO Dan Corbett said. “We’re eager to get to work.”
