HUNTSVILLE — University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Quentin Toles has been named the Gulf South Conference Player of the Week for the second time this season. Toles previously earned the honor Nov. 18.

A senior point guard from Canton, Ohio, Toles played a pivotal role in UAH’s perfect road trip on the final weekend, helping the Chargers secure two conference victories to extend their winning streak to three games.

Across the two wins, Toles totaled 45 points, scoring 24 against Mississippi College and 21 against Delta State. He shot an efficient 42.8% from the field, 46.1% from three-point range, and went 15-of-17 at the free-throw line. Toles also had 12 rebounds, four assists, and two steals.

His performance helped propel the Chargers up the conference standings as UAH continues to build momentum during the heart of the GSC schedule.

UAH returns to action Friday when they host Union at 7:30 p.m. inside SportsMED Arena at Spragins Hall.
