Alabama A&M announces kickoff times for upcoming season

NORMAL — With a new head football coach at Alabama A&M, there’s excitement on The Hill for the upcoming season.

The Bulldogs have announced the kickoff times for their five games at Louis Crews Stadium, including a pair of night games.

And, it all starts Labor Day weekend with the 15th annual Louis Crews Classic.

“We are excited about the home slate,” Head Coach Sam Shade said. “We have five home games, with two under the lights at Louis Crews Stadium. This is an exciting time to be a Bulldog fan and we hope you purchase your season tickets as we look forward to the upcoming season.”

But, before the home opener, the Bulldogs kick off the season Aug. 30 with a trip to Fayetteville, Ark., to face Arkansas.

The Bulldogs’ make their season debut at Louis Crews Stadium on Sept. 6 as Alcorn State visits the Hill for a 6 p.m. kickoff.

Two weeks later, Alabama A&M returns home for a 6 p.m. game, a tuneup before beginning Southwestern Athletic Conference play the following week as the Bulldogs play host to Lane College on Sept. 20.

Fans will have to wait two weeks as Alabama A&M welcomes Mississippi Valley State to Louis Crews Stadium on Oct. 11 for Homecoming. Kickoff against the Delta Devils is scheduled for 2 p.m.

Alabama A&M will close out its home campaign with back-to-back games inside Louis Crews Stadium, starting Nov. 8 with a 2 p.m. kickoff against Prairie View A&M.

One week later – Nov. 15 – the Bulldogs will hold Senior Day with a 2 p.m. kickoff against Florida A&M.

Season tickets are on sale and can be purchased online at Hometown Tickets – Alabama A&M Athletics (aamusports.com) or at the AAMU Ticket Office on campus.

Reserved season tickets are $200, which includes parking. General admission season tickets are $135, parking is not included. AAMU Faculty and Staff, Bulldog Club, Alumni and Military can purchase season tickets for $190. Children ages five and under are admitted for free.
