Annual ‘Fido Fest’ brings ‘Paw’someness to Bridge Street Town Centre

HUNTSVILLE– Bridge Street Town Centre hosts Fido Fest this Saturday to benefit the Greater Huntsville Humane Society. The seventh annual event from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on the green space in front of Belk.

A highlight will be onsite dog adoptions with the Greater Huntsville Humane Society. There will be face painting for the kids, pet-friendly vendors and activities, including live music by Brandon Morris.

“It is always rewarding to partner with the Greater Huntsville Humane Society to give back to the pets in our community,” said Haley Buie, marketing manager for Bridge Street Town Centre. “We are thrilled about our local vendors. They will help make this year bigger and better than ever.”

Fido Fest is Bridge Street’s official summer event kick-off, offering the Rocket City an experience to enjoy with friends, family and their four-legged companions.

After the festivities, attendees can shop and dine at Bridge Street’s 80-plus retailers and restaurants, the majority of which are pet friendly.
