ATHENS – An economic development a partnership has led to 10 students from Limestone County receiving scholarships to pursue careers in manufacturing, health care, information technology, and construction.

The grant-winners are: Connor Abernathy from Athens Bible School; Bree Higginbotham, Katelyn Graham and Leila Vanderwal of Athens High School; Avery Powers from East Limestone High School; Garron Moore of Clements High School; Paige Robinson, Jacob Lovell and Joshua Freeman from Elkmont High School; and Anna Grace Jones from West Limestone High School.
