Thousands of military leaders, industry experts and defense professionals are expected to gather in Huntsville next week for the AUSA Global Force Symposium and Exposition, one of the Army’s premier forums on modernization and national defense.
Hosted by the Association of the United States Army, the three-day event will run March 24–26 at the Von Braun Center.
This year’s theme, “Delivering Victory: Leveraging the Army’s Industrial Might,” focuses on how the Army is adapting to rapidly evolving technology and preparing for future conflicts.
Organizers say the symposium will bring together about 6,000 attendees and feature nearly 200 exhibits showcasing the latest innovations from both the Army and defense industry partners.
The event will include keynote addresses and panel discussions with senior Army leadership, including Army Undersecretary Michael Obadal, David Hodne, commanding general of U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command, and Chris Mohan, commanding general of U.S. Army Materiel Command.
Topics throughout the symposium will focus on modernization priorities such as acquisition reform, force sustainment, command and control, and partnerships between the military and private industry.
In addition to formal sessions, the event will include networking opportunities, presentations from Army leaders and a “Warriors Corner” series highlighting emerging technologies and initiatives.
AUSA will also host its Generation Next Forum, aimed at professional development for young leaders in the defense community.
The Global Force Symposium is held annually in Huntsville, long recognized as a hub for the nation’s defense and aerospace industries.
Organizers say the event plays a key role in connecting military leadership with industry and academic partners to support the Army’s evolving mission and readiness.
