Automated Clearing House

Electronically process secure and convenient bank-to-bank and account-to-account transfers on the ACH network. Customers can set up same-day direct deposit payroll for employees, make vendor payments with electronic invoices, bill consumers and collect payments to simplify bookkeeping tasks.

Remote Deposit Capture

Deposit checks from the convenience of a desktop with remote deposit capture. This easy-to-follow program provides simplicity and efficiency with less trips to the bank, as well as easy access to online deposit reports. Deposits made by 8 p.m. Monday through Friday are credited the same day. Mobile deposit for business is available for those depositing 25 or more checks per month using the Mobile Banking app at no charge.

Wire Transfer

Send money immediately through domestic wire transfers easily through online banking or the mobile app. Wires submitted domestically by 4 p.m. Monday through Friday are delivered the same day. International wires can also be initiated from any Bank Independent sales office, arriving in 1-2 business days.

Positive Pay

Protect business accounts from unauthorized checks written from a Bank Independent business checking account. The Positive Pay service is available to give customers an extra level of security, more control and total peace of mind over their accounts.


Sync Treasury Lockbox provides daily reporting for any type of business, from wholesale to retail to medical and more. Lockbox makes payment processing easy to allow customers to focus on building and maintaining their businesses.

Sweep Services

Automated transfers from one Bank Independent account to another can be scheduled with sweep services in order to help businesses maintain minimum balances and avoid overdrafts. Customized sweep options are available.
