HUNTSVILLE – There will be plenty of fireworks and savings this weekend at Bridge Street Town Centre.

The mixed-use destination is hosting its annual Back-to-School Bash & Fireworks Show which coincides with Alabama’s Tax-Free Holiday.

While the holiday extends Friday through Saturday, the fireworks spectacular is Saturday, capping off the Back-to-School Bash which is 6-8 p.m.

As they shop top retailers including Lego, Lululemon, Apple, and Anthropologie, families can celebrate with an array of activities including a DJ, a community art mural, performances from Huntsville Youth Orchestra, photo ops, and crafts vendors.

Visitors can also donate new school supplies and backpacks during Bridge Street’s Backpack Brigade benefitting Kids to Love.

Donations can be dropped at the Kids to Love booth during the Back-to-School Bash from 6–8 p.m., at any participating retailers or at the Bridge Street management office through July 31.

Then, as the sun sets, gather around the lake for the grand finale: a 10-minute fireworks show starting at 8:15.
