NEW YORK — A longtime reality star has turned the page but still has her magic touch.
Last month, Dr. Melody Shari Rogers, the producer and star of The Oprah Winfrey Network’s “Love & Marriage: Huntsville,” said she was leaving reality television for her “next chapter and what’s to come.”

The next chapter for the entrepreneur is her Seventh Avenue Beauty brand that is one of just two Alabama-based businesses to headline the #ShopBlackOwned TikTok campaign.
And she’s coming on strong.
Showing the ability to captivate an audience and maintain the attention of her viewers, Rogers recently broke the TikTok record for the longest view time of any TikTok Shoppable Live.
The serial entrepreneur, a multimillion-dollar business creator since age 28, shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Lovers of her Seventh Avenue brand can’t get enough of her vegan, natural, paraben-free skin, body and hair products.
The numbers on TikTok and in sales prove it.
Now, Rogers said she is excited for the opportunity to champion black businesses this month and beyond.
She will be hosting her#BlackOwnedBusiness TikTok live @melodyshari11 Saturday from 2-10 p.m. CST.
