The projects received Excellence awards in the General Contractor category for Medical and Industrial projects valued under $10 million.
7401 Pulaski Pike is the first building constructed in the newly developed Freedom Industrial Park in northern Madison County.
This 104,000-square-foot facility is ideally suited for industrial manufacturing or warehouse distribution projects. The facility is available for purchase or lease. Freedom developed and constructed the project.
The Madison Medical Office Building is a 25,000-square-foot facility that is home to Innova Primary Care and Focus Physiotherapy.
Approximately 9,000 square feet of space remain available for lease. Robins and Morton won the Award of Excellence for this project that was developed by Freedom Real Estate &
Capital.
“We are excited to have two of our development projects recognized among the top
projects in North Alabama,” said Freedom President Lee Holland. “These awards are a
testament to the dedication, skill, and hard work of our team. We are committed to
providing exceptional services and delivering high-quality projects.”
The Excellence in Construction awards program is the industry’s leading competition that honors both general and specialty contractors for innovative and high-quality merit shop construction projects.
“These projects exemplify Freedom Real Estate and Capital’s ability to meet the demanding needs of both healthcare and industrial clients which require high standards for safety, efficiency, and quality,” said ABC North Alabama President Tiffany Brightwell. “To receive an Award of Excellence shows that your project is exceptional and one that should serve as an example for the industry. Congratulations to Freedom on both of its awards.”
