HUNTSVILLE – The Huntsville City Council will hold a special session Thursday in regards to a business operating improperly.

The hearing will be at 3:30 p.m., prior to the Council’s regular 5:30 meeting at city hall.

The meeting is open to the public, as are all regular meetings of the council. The council meets in the chambers on the first  floor of Huntsville City Hall, 308 Fountain Circle, 35801

On the agenda is a public hearing on a resolution for revocation of licensure for the taxpayer related to Case No. 390.

The session has been scheduled in which it’s expected the license will be pulled of a local business, which a source told 256 Today has been “operating outside of the scope of their license.”

The council’s agenda is posted on huntsvilleal.org on Tuesday night prior to each regular meeting.
