Huntsville Music Office showcases week of free live music events

HUNTSVILLE – From the riverbanks at Ditto Landing to the heart of MidCity, the Huntsville Music Office is helping kick off a vibrant week of free outdoor concerts and community celebrations, offering something for every music lover across the Rocket City.

“This week is a perfect showcase of Huntsville’s dynamic music ecosystem,” said Huntsville Music Officer Matt Mandrella. “Whether you’re enjoying the sunset at Ditto, dancing under the stars at Campus 805 or taking in the energy of Camp to Amp, these events reflect our city’s creativity, community spirit and the incredible talent we have right here at home.”

The Summer Sunset Concert Series returns to Ditto Landing with Mike Roberts performing from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Presented with Artemis Music Productions,  the family-friendly event – postponed from Tuesday = also features food trucks and scenic views along the Tennessee River.

805 After Five launches its second year Thursday at Campus 805’s Butler Green with Lamont Landers from 5-9 p.m. Guests can enjoy vendors, food trucks, craft beverages and more.

End the week on a high note Saturday as the Camp to Amp Festival returns to MidCity from noon-6 p.m., with three live music stages, street performers, a vendor market, food and activities for all ages and pets.

All events are open to the public and free to attend, as part of the Huntsville Music Office’s ongoing mission to support local artists, celebrate music diversity and build community through shared cultural experiences.
