MADISON – On the day Artemis I was supposed to launch, Huntsville-based Power Brands Hospitality Group launched its second local Super Chix Chicken & Custard. Appropriately enough, it is on Moon Shot Drive in Town Madison.

“We are glad to be here in Madison,” said Kru Patel, owner of Super Chix. “It’s been a long time our waiting to come into the Madison area.

“Now that we are here, we sense a big Super Chix community here at Town Madison.”

Madison Mayor Paul Finley thanked the Patel family on behalf of the Madison City Council for their investment in Town Madison.

“This investment is obviously something important to the city of Madison not just as part of our tax base, but because you contribute to a higher quality of living for the whole area,” he said.

Super Chix is so good, it is called the “Last True Chicken Sandwich.” The menu features fresh, never frozen chicken filets and tenders on a soft and buttery potato roll, hand-cut French fries and frozen custard, churned in-house all day long.

They say if you are not already super into chicken, you soon will be at Super Chix.
