HUNTSVILLE — Citing its quality, speed and flexibility, LSINC has launched aunched a PeriH industrial printer — part of the exclusive Peri Series — engineered, manufactured, and assembled in the USA.

The Huntsville-based company is recognized for its innovative industrial machine design, product development and manufacturing.

“By partnering with early adopters, we’ve shaped a machine that’s not only fast and versatile but built with performance in mind,” said CEO Alicia Ryan. “We invite businesses to join us in collaborative growth, helping further optimize functionality based on real-world production needs.”

The advanced Direct to-Object solution redefines efficiency and quality in product decoration, unlocking new levels of speed, flexibility, and precision for manufacturers worldwide, LSINC said in a news release.

The PeriH eliminates the need for outdated processes like sublimation and Direct-to-Film, LSINC said. With groundbreaking dual-substrate printing, users can print on two pieces simultaneously, dramatically reducing labor and drying time.

Designed for opaque cylindrical or tapered substrates with handles, the system prints directly on the object’s surface — up to 16mm of the handle — with 600 DPI single-pass resolution.

Key features:

  • Dual media capability: Print two objects at once for maximum throughput
  • Versatility: Easily accommodates different lengths and diameters via adjustable recipes and fixtures
  • Premium full-color quality: From 96mm to 128mm print heights
  • Smart efficiency: Store print settings and enjoy quick changeovers with LSINC’s intuitive HMI interface
  • High-speed output: Up to 5 parts per minute, unmatched in the market
  • Made in the U.S.A.: Every machine is engineered, manufactured, and assembled in the United States

As industries demand faster, more customized packaging and product decoration, LSINC’s PeriH printer offers the future of digital printing — smart, scalable, and built to perform, the company said.
