According to the Alabama Department of Transportation, Rogers Group, the contractor on the $2.6 million project, will mill and pave the road’s mainline from University Drive to north of Alabama Highway 53.

Motorists should expect single-lane closures from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly, Sunday nights through Thursday nights. For real-time traffic updates visit ALGOTraffic.com.
