HUNTSVILLE — Dentons Sirote has hired former Internal Revenue Service trial attorney Sarah Myers Raben as Of Counsel to the firm’s tax practice group in Huntsville. Raben is also a member of Dentons’ tax controversy team.
Raben’s experience includes handling negotiations and complex tax litigation. She has also worked federal tax controversy matters for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

Among her cases was leading a three-person trial team in a tax deficiency case in the Large Business & International division at the IRS.
