HUNTSVILLE — NAI Chase Commercial announced that Clarke Todd has been hired as Sales & Leasing specialist in the Huntsville office. Todd will be responsible for leasing and sales transactions of commercial, land and industrial properties in Huntsville and surrounding markets.
“Clarke has over seven years of experience and is licensed in Alabama, Idaho, and Wyoming,” said Douglas McCullough, executive vice president of NAI Chase Commercial. “He has a broad range of experience in various types of real estate transactions, including single-family rentals, multi-tenant office buildings, industrial warehouse and distribution, ground-up development, and multi-family development.

Todd said NAI Chase made the process of helping him personally as well as the needs of clients to North Alabama easy after relocating to Huntsville.
