Huntsville City Schools is inviting job seekers to explore career opportunities during its upcoming Spring 2026 Virtual Job Fair.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, from 3:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will be held online, giving prospective employees a chance to connect directly with hiring representatives across the district.
School leaders say the virtual format allows candidates to learn more about both certified and classified positions while scheduling one-on-one conversations with school and district staff.
The hiring push comes as Huntsville City Schools continues to grow, serving more than 24,000 students across over 40 schools with a workforce of nearly 2,500 employees.
Huntsville City Schools was named among Forbes’ America’s Best Employers by State for 2025, ranking No. 10 among Alabama-based organizations.
District leaders say the recognition reflects ongoing efforts to invest in employees through professional development initiatives, including programs that support teachers pursuing National Board Certification.
Interested candidates can pre-register for the job fair and schedule virtual meetings with hiring representatives through the district’s online platform.
