America’s Credit Union wins Digital Impact 2022 Award by DeepTarget

HUNTSVILLE – Washington-based America’s Credit Union was voted the winner in the Digital Impact 2022 Awards program, Huntsville-based DeepTarget and digital banking provider Access Softek announced. The awards honor excellence in digital marketing.

Designed to recognize financial institutions that use the DeepTarget Digital Experience platform within Access Softek digital banking channels over the last year, the five finalists were selected based on campaign creativity by using business intelligence, data insights, and artificial intelligence.

“Working with DeepTarget and Access Softek to strengthen our member relationships and increase revenue opportunities in today’s challenging environment has been a successful endeavor for our credit union,” said Kim Kingery, AVP of Support Services at America’s Credit Union. “We are honored to be recognized by our peers for our marketing efforts and look forward to future campaign results from our rewarding relationship with Access Softek and DeepTarget.”

With assets of $400 million, ACU used DeepTarget to launch a credit card offer using BI and rules-based decisioning for a 6.99% Forever-Fixed balance transfer promotion.

Access Softek Client Conference attendees voted ACU the grand prize winner during a recent conference in Napa, Calif.

In addition to ACU, the other four finalists are long-time DeepTarget users.

  • Great Lakes Credit Union targeted its membership with an auto lending campaign;
  • Innovations Financial Credit Union deployed an auto link campaign that helped members find a vehicle and finance it all in one place;
  • LBS Financial Credit Union implemented a Guaranteed Asset Protection auto lending campaign; and
  • Y-12 Federal Credit Union used DeepTarget to drive consumer loan growth with personalized, targeted, pre-approved offers to qualifying members at a click of a button.
