Athens Friday after Five features Utopia

ATHENS – A full night of shopping, eating and dancing is on tap Friday After Five in Athens.
The downtown business square transforms into the Square Arts and Entertainment District for this final Athens Main Street event. Visitors are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and catch the R&B sounds of Utopia at 7 p.m. on the Limestone County Courthouse lawn.

Also, Brad Mallette will warm up the crowd in Merchants Alley during the Happy Hour Music Series from 5:30-7 p.m

“This event brings patrons from the entire North Alabama region to support our merchants,” Athens Main Street Executive Director Tere Richardson said. “This staple event will have people dancing in the street enjoying the atmosphere of a historic downtown.”
