Bank Independent names Rouse sales manager of downtown Athens office

SHEFFIELD You can go home again and, for Sabrina Rouse, that means a career move.

Bank Independent named Rouse, a native of Athens, sales manager of its downtown Athens sales office.

Rouse brings valuable experience to the role, having previously worked in the bank’s sales offices, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and community banking, according to a news release.

“We are thrilled to welcome Sabrina as the new manager of our Athens Downtown Sales Office,” said Bob Thompson, area president at Bank Independent. “Her deep roots in the Athens community and her previous experience on the sales office side make her a natural fit for this role.

“She has a strong commitment to both our customers and our team, and we look forward to seeing her continue to grow in this leadership position.”

Rouse’s leadership will further strengthen Bank Independent’s presence in the Athens market, continuing the bank’s tradition of providing exceptional service to local businesses and individuals.

In her role, she will also have lending capabilities, allowing her to assist customers with their borrowing needs while supporting the community’s growth.
