(Rep. Dale Strong/Contributed)

ATHENS — For residents who have questions or comments for Congressman Dale Strong, his staff will be available in Limestone County this week.

Strong’s staff will hold office hours Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Athens City Hall to assist residents in the area with casework issues and concerns.

“It is my top priority in Congress to ensure my office is meeting the needs of all North Alabama constituents,” Strong (R-Monrovia) said in a statement. “That is why I have directed my staff to hold mobile office hours in Athens this month to address issues facing the local community.

“From resolving VA claims, obtaining passports, or securing Social Security benefits and IRS tax refunds, my office stands ready to assist with any issue you are facing with the federal government.”

During mobile office hours, constituents can seek assistance in dealing with federal agencies and give feedback on federal legislation. No appointment is necessary.
