IronMountain Solutions awarded $19 million Army contract modification

Huntsville-based IronMountain Solutions has been awarded a $19 million Army contract modification to continue providing technical support for the Utility Helicopters Project Office.

The $19,036,240 modification brings the total cumulative value of the contract to nearly $200 million.

Work will be performed in Huntsville and is expected to continue through March 7, 2027.

IronMountain Solutions provides engineering, program management, logistics and information technology support to military and government customers. The service-disabled veteran-owned small business was founded in Huntsville in 2007.

The latest award includes funding from Army procurement, research and development, operations and maintenance accounts, as well as Foreign Military Sales funding supporting numerous U.S. partner nations.

The full $19 million was obligated at the time of the award.

Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal is the contracting activity.

IronMountain Solutions began with six employees supporting the Redstone Test Center and has since grown into a major Huntsville defense contractor. The company is led by President and CEO Luther Laney, while founder Hank Isenberg serves as CEO emeritus.
