Ommm … full immersion yoga at the Orion

(Maria Brito InBound Immersive Yoga contributed)

HUNTSVILLE – For two Wednesdays this month, Huntsville yogis can become immersed in a multisensory, distraction-free experience at the Orion Amphitheater.

Yoga instructor, women’s empowerment coach, and breathwork facilitator Maria Brito will lead the sessions of what she calls the InBound “next-level yoga” experience.

On the stage at the Orion April 19 and April 26 at 6 p.m., participants can  disconnect from the noise of the world and its many distractions while taking an inward journey to discover clarity and oneness with the self and body.

Through playlists that include upbeat music and by her soothing voice, Brito takes her yogis through an introspective journey into a state of self-awareness.
