The deadline to purchase $18 weekend passes for the 40th Panoply Arts Festival in downtown’s Big Spring Park is tomorrow, Friday, April 29, at 4 p.m. Day passes are available in advance online or at the gate for $10, and kids 12 and under are admitted to the festival free.
Panoply kicks off three days of art, music and more with over 40 performances across three stages, showcasing local musicians and bands, as well as nationally touring and critically acclaimed headlining performers Hero the Band, The Suffers and Paul McDonald.
New to the festival this year is the Art OutLoud performance stage, featuring local authors, poets, spoken word artists and comedians.
The Panoply Art Marketplace welcomes more than 100 artists from 25 states, showcasing works in painting, fiber arts, pottery, jewelry, metalwork, glasswork, woodwork, sculpture and more.
Arts in Action exhibitors will showcase live demonstrations of en plein air painting, art journaling, vinyl art and cigar box guitars.
And don’t forget hands-on art and STEAM Street activities.
