HUNTSVILLE – Huntsville-based RCP Cos. is expanding its footprint throughout the state and has hired three people to its team – Nora Dowd as director of investments; Anthony Rossi, director of property management; and Phil Amthor, development manager.

“As our impact grows beyond Huntsville, RCP has been carefully planning for the next opportunity to further our mission of creating well-built, experiential environments across the region,” said RCP co-Founder Max Grelier. “We’re strengthening our bench with more dynamic talent and extending our presence with three new team members.”

Dowd has a 20-year career in commercial real estate investment and development. With experience in multifamily development and commercial real estate loan work-outs, she held key roles at AIG Global Real Estate Investment Group for more than a decade.

Rossi boasts a strong hospitality and commercial real estate background in management, operations and strategy to RCP. His leadership experience spans across Northern California, Las Vegas and Atlanta in retail, office, residential and mixed-use projects. Rossi received the Las Vegas 40 Under 40 award in 2020.

Amthor will be based in RCP’s new Birmingham location as part of the company’s long-term growth strategy. With a background in architecture and community planning from Auburn University, Amthor excels in boutique downtown development and has a track record of revitalizing neighborhoods.

“With the addition of these dynamic new hires, we’re looking forward to tapping into their diverse backgrounds in commercial real estate investment, development, property management and urban planning,” said Grelier. “Phil, Anthony and Nora’s collective expertise will help elevate the RCP’s capabilities with fostering community empowerment as we look toward future growth.”
