HUNTSVILLE – Is there anything that has taken to rocking and rolling like food trucks in the Tennessee Valley?

The Clampetts’ would have called it vittles on wheels, every third Friday through October – that’s today – the food trucks and trailers line up at Big Spring Park from 5-9 p.m.

Sponsored by Meta, the Food Truck Rallies are one of Huntsville’s largest and favorite events with more than a dozen rolling diners all spread out across the park at the same time.
