HUNTSVILLE — The Storage Center, an owner-operator of self-storage properties across the Southeast, has opened the doors to its first facility in Huntsville.
Just off Research Park Boulevard in west Huntsville, the newly constructed, three-story facility opened its doors in May, offering more than 850 modern storage units and 106,600 square feet of rentable space to one of the nation’s fastest-growing technology hubs.
The facility at 3910 Cypressbrook Drive is designed to serve residents, tech firms, defense contractors, and college students. Storage unit sizes range from 5-by-5 lockers to 10-by-30 units, providing flexible solutions for household goods, business inventory, and equipment storage.
“The Rocket City is exploding with new talent and businesses, and we’re thrilled to deliver a secure, tech-forward storage option right in the heart of Cummings Research Park,” said Robby Piper, principal of The Storage Center. “Whether you’re relocating for a new engineering role, expanding a start-up, or simply need extra space at home, we’ve built this facility to make storage easy, convenient, and worry-free.”

- Package acceptance and on-site management Monday through Saturday
Rosehill Construction served as general contractor, bringing its Gulf South design-build expertise and a proven track record of delivering multi-story self-storage facilities of 80,000 square feet and larger on time and within budget.
To celebrate the opening, the Storage Center is offering first month free rental on all storage unit sizes for customers who rent online by July 31. Guided tours are available Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., or reserve online here.
