MADISON — If you are a fan of Connors Steak & Seafood, then you’ll be whetting your appetite for what’s next on the company’s menu.

The Chop House, part of the restaurant group that brought the award-winning Connors Steak & Seafood to Huntsville, will host a groundbreaking ceremony this month in Town Madison. The restaurant site is across the street from BJ’s Wholesale Club.

“Huntsville’s dynamic community and sophisticated dining culture have been incredibly supportive of Connors Steak & Seafood, and we’re thrilled to expand our presence to Madison with The Chop House,” said CEO Rick Tasman. “We’re excited to break ground and begin the process of bringing another exceptional dining experience to this thriving community.”

The company said the event marks a significant milestone for the restaurant group, which has “built a devoted following in North Alabama” through its Connors Steak & Seafood restaurant at Bridge Street Town Centre.

According to a news release, The Chop House is slated to open in mid-2026. It will feature a warm, inviting atmosphere and a menu of hand-cut steaks and chops, fresh seafood prepared in-house and signature cocktails.

Positioned between fine dining and family fare, The Chop House Madison will combine premium offerings with friendly service in a relaxed, comfortable setting.
