Law firm Bradley has launched a new blog dedicated to legal developments affecting government contractors, offering analysis and guidance on issues ranging from bid protests to cybersecurity compliance.

The new publication, GovCon Source: Legal Developments in Government Contracts & Bid Protests, is designed to provide updates and practical insights for businesses that work with federal, state and local governments.

According to the firm, the blog will cover a wide range of government contracting topics, including bid protests, contract performance disputes, claims, cost and pricing issues, Federal Acquisition Regulation guidance, data rights, cybersecurity requirements, compliance matters and other regulatory developments.

“We have a deeply creative and sophisticated team of government contracts attorneys who understand that change is the one constant in government contracts work,” said Aron C. Beezley, a partner and co-leader of Bradley’s Government Contracts Practice Group. “This blog will distinguish itself by not only providing timely updates but also delivering strategic analysis and practical insights from top attorneys to help readers navigate an increasingly competitive and heavily regulated contracting environment.”

The launch comes as government contractors face evolving regulatory requirements and increased scrutiny in areas such as cybersecurity, supply chain management and procurement compliance.

Bradley’s Government Contracts Practice Group represents contractors of various sizes in federal, state and local procurement matters, with a particular emphasis on bid protests and contract claims. The practice serves clients across industries including defense, aerospace, construction, engineering, information technology, energy, manufacturing, communications and healthcare.

The firm noted that its Government Contracts Practice Group was recognized by Law360 as one of its “Practice Groups of the Year” in 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2021.

Bradley has more than 750 attorneys and 13 offices across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Washington, D.C.
