Experience, leadership help define latest Bank Independent hire Diaz

SHEFFIELD – Bank Independent continues to strengthen its workforce with the announcement of an experienced administrator.

Jessica Diaz has been named the bank’s director of Learning & Development. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s training programs for all team members.

“We could not be more excited to have Jessica join the Bank Independent family,” said Janice Pride, Bank Independent senior vice president of Team Member Care. “Her experience creating engaging, effective training programs will be invaluable as we continue to invest in the professional growth of our team members. Jessica’s leadership and talent development skills make her the perfect fit for this role.’’ 

Diaz brings nearly 25 years of banking experience to Bank Independent, with a strong background in developing impactful training curricula and coaching bankers. She holds a bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama and is a graduate of the Alabama School of Banking.
