SHEFFIELD – Bank Independent continues to expand its workforce with the announcement of a new position for the regional, community-led business.
Blake Hudson will transition into the newly created role of recruitment coordinator for the bank’s human resources team. Hudson will report to Human Resources Manager Justin Low and lead recruitment efforts to support the bank’s vision as the employer of choice in the communities it serves.

In his new role, Hudson will oversee internal recruitment and placement initiatives to match skilled candidates with open roles who meet the bank’s business needs. He will also focus on enhancing collegiate, mid-career, and executive recruiting pipelines and exploring opportunities to attract exceptional talent.
Hudson joined Bank Independent in August 2022 as professional development coordinator, bringing more than five years of campus outreach experience and an extensive sales background. He holds a degree in mass communications from Berry College and professional and personal development certifications.
