HUNTSVILLE – MartinFed has been awarded a task order under the EXPRESS Business and Analytical domain to provide counter sUAS, law enforcement, emergency management, and other physical and information security related assessment activities to support Army operations and policies in support of the Army Materiel Command (AMC) Headquarters Protection Program missions and functions.
“This new partnership between MartinFed and AMC provides a foundation of effective protections against emerging threats at key AMC locations and brings together experts to develop policies and procedures to safely manage them,” said David Mathis, President and CEO of MartinFed.
The task order, with a total contract value of over $10 million, was awarded to MartinFed as a direct award through Canvas, Inc.’s Business and Analytical EXPRESS Blanket Purchase Agreement.

The company primarily works with the US government, focusing on IT Solutions, Cybersecurity, Engineering & Technical Support, and Training & Course Development. In November, MartinFed was awarded a 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award by U.S. Department of Labor.
According to a statement marking the honor, recipients of the 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award meet rigorous employment and veteran integration assistance criteria, including veteran hiring and retention percentages; availability of veteran-specific resources; leadership programming for veterans; dedicated human resource efforts; pay compensation and tuition assistance programs for veterans.
