A major industrial property in North Alabama has changed hands, emphasizing continued investment in the Huntsville-area logistics corridor.

According to commercial real estate data firm CoStar, Cleveland, Ohio-based Weston has acquired the River & Rocket Commerce Center, a Class A industrial distribution facility in Tanner, for approximately $29.25 million.

The property totals roughly 305,491 square feet and is configured as a three-tenant facility. The seller was Graham Capital.

The site offers direct access to one of North Alabama’s most active industrial corridors, linking Huntsville’s manufacturing base with regional and national distribution routes.

The property’s location places it within minutes of Huntsville International Airport and near major employers such as Amazon, Mazda-Toyota Manufacturing, and Redstone Arsenal, positioning it within a rapidly expanding industrial hub in North Alabama.

Additional listing and marketing information shows the facility was developed in recent years as part of the region’s broader wave of speculative industrial construction, with features tailored to modern logistics users, including cross-dock capability and large truck court depth.

The transaction reflects sustained demand for industrial space in the Huntsville area, where growth in advanced manufacturing, defense, and e-commerce distribution has driven new development and investor interest across Limestone and Madison counties.

While additional details about tenants and lease terms were not immediately available, the acquisition signals continued confidence in North Alabama’s position as a key logistics and manufacturing center in the Southeast.
