HUNTSVILLE – There will be plenty of red, white and blue food and fireworks at the Kona Grill over the July 4th holiday, but the festivities actually begin today when Kona releases its Endless Summer dine-in menu.
The Bridge Street restaurant is going all in on the patriotic red, white and blue with a limited time red sloppy joe burger made with barbecued smoked brisket and a quarter pound beef patty; the white cheddar cheeseburger; and the blue cheese bacon cheeseburger featuring blue cheese crumble cream and bacon.
Get liberated on the Fourth with an all-day Happy Hour featuring red (raspberry), white (peach) and blue (blueberry) margarita flights.
Other holiday specials include passion fruit Casamigos margaritas made with artisan Casamigos blanco, Cointreau, passion fruit purée and fresh lime with a tajin rim; Red Bull red edition; and La Marca prosecco (white wine); and a Sam Adams Seasonal beer.
For those who are looking for alcohol-free options, there will be Sam Adams Just the Haze, the Arnold Palmer drink and hibiscus lemonade.
Other items on the Endless Summer menu include seafood fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, bay scallops, mussels, alfredo sauce, parmesan cheese and scallions and apple pie with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream – Let freedom ring!
The Endless Summer Menu is dine-in only through the 4th of July holiday.
