HUNTSVILLE — Chef Marc Taft and Luke Hawke of Co/Op Community Table & Bar have announced a partnership with Atlanta chefs Megan Brent and Savannah Sasser to hold a Community Cook-Off to celebrate the restaurant’s one-year anniversary, and in recognition of Huntsville’s delicious culinary scene.

Sponsored by Lodge Cast Iron cookware, the cook-off flares up at noon and lasts until 2 p.m., May 20.

Patrons will be able to indulge in tasty bites, refreshing beverages, and enjoy a handful of activities along with live music.

Following the cook-off, Co/Op Community Table is hosting a four course seasonal themed dinner at 6 p.m. with a special, flavorful menu created by the four like-minded chefs.

The menu will recommend pairings with Co/Op’s specialty crafted cocktails.

Tickets for the themed dinner are $80 and can be purchased here.

Tickets for the Cook-off are $40 each and includes two drinks, food and entry to Lodge’s product giveaway. Click here for tickets.
